Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies at the national level to achieve organizational objectives.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and market trends.

3. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing national sales team.

4. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure sales goals are met.

5. Use sales data and analytics to forecast sales trends and set realistic sales targets.

6. Collaborate with finance to create and manage the sales budget.

7. Oversee relationships with key clients and strategic accounts at the national level.

8. Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and growth.

9. Develop strategies for entering new markets and expanding the customer base.

10. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.

11. Provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management.

12. Manage resources efficiently to maximize sales outcomes, including monitoring and controlling expenses within the department.

13. Stay abreast of the industry trend and perform competitor analysis.

14. Ensure that sales operations comply with legal and ethical standards.

15. Mitigate legal and compliance risks related to sales activities.



  • Bachelor’s degree and above.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must have FMCG experience.
  • Experience in leading a team.
