Location: 1 Tanglin Road
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing phone calls, email, and other forms of communication.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drafting and editing documents, letters, and reports.
- Entering and updating data in databases or spreadsheets.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records.
- Filing and archiving documents.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for executives or team members
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Creating and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
- Proofreading and editing materials for accuracy and clarity.
- Responding to inquiries from clients, customers, or employees.
- Providing information and assistance.
- Assisting with budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Processing invoices and managing petty cash.
- Providing administrative support for various projects.
- Coordinating project-related tasks and deadlines.
- Resolving routine administrative problems and addressing inquiries.
- Troubleshooting and finding solutions to day-to-day challenges
Qualifications/Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of working experience related to administrative tasks in clinics or hospitals
- Japanese N1 or N2
- Computer skills: Proficiency in email, Spreadsheets, Excel
Salary: Up to RM9,000
