Company Business Nature:

A Singapore company incorporated in 2019, which focus on beauty and other personal care services.

 

Location: 1 Tanglin Road

Working Days: Monday – Friday

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing phone calls, email, and other forms of communication.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drafting and editing documents, letters, and reports.
  • Entering and updating data in databases or spreadsheets.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records.
  • Filing and archiving documents.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for executives or team members
  • Coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Creating and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Proofreading and editing materials for accuracy and clarity.
  • Responding to inquiries from clients, customers, or employees.
  • Providing information and assistance.
  • Assisting with budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Processing invoices and managing petty cash.
  • Providing administrative support for various projects.
  • Coordinating project-related tasks and deadlines.
  • Resolving routine administrative problems and addressing inquiries.
  • Troubleshooting and finding solutions to day-to-day challenges

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of working experience related to administrative tasks in clinics or hospitals
  • Japanese N1 or N2
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in email, Spreadsheets, Excel

 

Salary: Up to RM9,000
