Company Business Nature:

The company includes marketing of office equipment and rental of multifunctional products.

 

Location: Seksyen 13 Petaling Jaya

 

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participation in salary and benefits surveys and gathering market data on compensation-related matters.
  • Do external industry analysis to ensure that compensation remains relevant for the business and is market-competitive.
  • Provide guidance to the Management on the forecasted salary increment using consistent & reputable HR consultant/vendor (cost efficiency).
  • Give advice on proposing compensation packages (including benefits) for senior leaders and expatriates.
  • Implement effective reward programs in the region on an economy of scale (better bargaining power).
  • Supports the Management in designing the salary framework (sales incentives, salary structure, and benefits) to cater to the diverse needs of staff as well as to attract and retain the staff.
  • Handle all expatriate management in the APAC region.
  • Responsible for the workforce planning and organizing of workshops in the region.
  • Support supervisor on projects assigned.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the Human Resource field.

 

Salary: Up to RM7,000 – RM10,000 (Basic + Allowances)

Others:

  • 2 months contractual bonus + an additional 4% of EPF contribution from the employer.
