Company Business Nature:

A large merger and acquisition firm (M&A) with 32 years of history serving Japanese companies.

 

Location: Q Sentral, reachable by public transport

Working Days: Monday – Friday

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing valuations for businesses for mergers and acquisitions and financial reporting.
  • Support in proposing and structuring the optimal transaction method for executing M&A.
  • Research, collect, analyze data, and develop pitch books / related client materials.
  • Support day-to-day transactions, executions, negotiations and client liaisons.
  • Creation, organization, accumulation, and sharing of our company’s M&A knowledge and expertise.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Academic background preferably with a professional qualification in accounting/finance/CFA/FRM.
  • Analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers.
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ valuation experience acquired with the valuation practice within an accounting and/or professional services firm.

 

Salary: Up to RM8,000
